Set-up a user or business account, create profile (including graphics where applicable), connect with initial followers, one-half hour training (may incur additional charge for mileage or additional staff training) Choose from any or all of the three most popular tools: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Account management

Includes at least one post per week day, monitoring and responding to comments on the account, engaging/interactive posts relative to the nature of your business, updates and changes to profile, graphics and other account changes as necessary.

Account monitoring

Comprehensive monitoring of comments in the social media and online landscape. If you don’t know what people are saying about you, you can’t respond. I’ll comb the web each week and send you updates so you can correct mis-information or give people the information they need to buy from you.

Account audits

If you already have social media accounts I can look through your profile, your followers and your history and give you specific tips that you can implement to better reach and interact with your ideal customers and to more effectively communicate your company benefits to them.
